May 2008
Missed out on the 1st Registration?
It’s not too late to register! Get the classes of your
choice while space is still available. This is your final chance
to lock in Fall 2007 rates for an additional year. You must register on
Tuesday, May 6th 5pm-8pm .
Summer schedule is now available. All current students
that sign up for summer classes by June 6th will receive
a 10% discount on the summer classes.
Create your own class if you have 5 or more friends. You
pick the time, the class and the instructor.
The registration fee for each child registering will be due at the time of
pre-registration.

front desk.
Last Day of Classes
Please keep in mind that your tuition is based on an
annual fee (not a monthly fee) and is broken down into ten payments for
your convenience. The tuition covers the cost of 32-35 weeks of classes.
You do not pay for any
of the holidays or days off this is not included in the 32-35 weeks of
class. Some months have 2,3,4 or 5 weeks in them, that does not
change the amount of the monthly tuition. Tuition is the same price each
month.
The last day of classes for all students in Monday
-Friday classes will be Friday, June 13th
All Saturday classes (excluding Jr Tap, Sr. Tap &
Acrobatics) will continue after the recital. Saturday classes
will be held on June 21st & 28th at it regularly scheduled class at our
new location 250 Larkfield Rd.
New Location
Elite will be moving to our new 3000 sq ft. space
located at 250 A/B Larkfield Rd. To . All classes will be held at the new
location beginning June 2nd. Join us for our grand opening party on Friday
June 6th from 6-8pm.
Picture Day at Elite Dance Centre
Wednesday, May 7th from 3-9 pm
Individuals/siblings and class pictures will be taken at
this time. No dance classes will be held on this day. If you do not want
individual pictures, please come for the group pictures. If your costume
is not in, you may still participate in the group pictures. See the
picture day schedule enclosed for your appointed time.
Pictures must be purchased the day they are taken. They
will be mailed directly to your home. If for any reason you are unhappy
with your pictures, you can send them back to the photographer and they
will refund you, no questions asked. Order forms will be available at the
front desk two weeks prior to picture day.
Recital 2008
Recital Dress Rehearsals at Northport HS
Saturday, June 7th (full costume + make-up) 2-4:30 pm
All students are required to come to the rehearsal.
COSTUME DETAILS
Please arrive 15 minute prior to the time your class has
been assigned as we tend to run ahead of schedule. Everyone must stay
until the end to rehearse the finale dance.
Recital at Northport HS
Saturday June 14th @12NOON

Please see the front desk if you would like another copy
of the recital policies.
Recital fees
A recital fee of $125 per family is due by May 22nd
by cash or check only. This fee covers two (2) recital
tickets, recital t-shirt(s) for the finale and one (1) recital DVD ~
Additional tickets are $20.00 in advance or $23.00 at the door.
Combo Classes
All little dancers need to come with a pair of socks
over there taps shoes (if they wear taps in the recital). This will
prevent them from slipping on the title at Northport HS.
Ticket sales begin on Sunday, June 1st 9 am at the
studio.
You may also Pre-order your tickets to avoid waiting in
line
by submitting an envelope with your last name and total
amount of tickets (including the two tickets that come with your recital
package) and cash or check for any additional tickets to the front desk
starting May 1st. Additional tickets are $20.00each in advance or $23.00
each at the door. All envelopes must be in by May 31st. We will pick the
best available seats one hour after tickets go on sale. Tickets can be
purchased with cash or check only. All tuition and fees must be paid in
order to purchase tickets.
PLACE AN AD IN THE 2008 RECITAL PROGRAM
Pick up applications at the front desk. You can
congratulate or leave a special message for your son or daughter for their
hard work during the year. The deadline for ads is May 15th.
All Graduating Seniors: Please turn in your class
headshot to be placed in the program by May 15th .
RECITAL TROPHIES
All students who have attended Elite Dance Centre for 3,
5, 7, 10, or 12 years will be presented with a trophy compliments of Elite
during the recital. All other students will get a medal compliments of
Elite. A list of students and the trophy or medal they are receiving is
enclosed.
Do you want to learn more about our competition team?
We will be holding an interest meeting on Friday, May 9,
2008 at 6 pm
In the studio waiting room. All are welcome.
Competition Auditions will be held on June 28th. Please
see the front desk for more details.
Tights Just in time for Recital
Tan, fishnet, and pink tights are available for purchase
at the studio, the cost is $10 for child sizes and $15 for adult sizes.
Our tights are very durable and last. Please get them while they last.

New to Dance Recitals?
Please pick up a recital information packet at the front
desk, It is very helpful.
Family Appreciation Day
All are welcome! This event will take place on Friday,
June 20th, from 4-8pm at the Centerport Beach Pavilion.
Please RSVP by June 13th, on the studio main bulletin
board. Food and entertainment provided.
Zumba Fitness Classes
Get in shape with Zumba fitness a fun high energy
workout with motivating music and unique combinations. Have fun dancing
while you burn the calories away. Tues 7-8pm, Thursday 8-9pm & Saturday
8:30am.
The first class is free , pay as you go $10 per class
pay as you go - $10.00 per class
Have your Birthday Party at Elite
You pick the day, time and theme and we do the rest.
High School Musical, American Idol, Hanna Montana are just a few of the
party themes we do. Check out the website for prices and details.
